Ok so along with this whole media arts thing… I could really kick myself in the butt for not applying to that private art college. An Art Institute in Colorado, there was a great chance I could’ve gotten accepted as well. But… My parents thought it would be safer for me to stay here in NC, near them… as near as possible will allow… Yeah we fought for a week straight I think about what they think I should do, what I wanted to do, how I only have one family member over there… (Little do they know thats the point far away from family as possible!!!) How they weren’t helping and didn’t understand how much I wanted this… Then… The money issue. I argued I could get scholarships and such, they just kinda threw it down and said good luck. …So I drew the line there. And decided to play it there way for a little while with my own intentions. I’m most definitly moving out as soon as I grad, if not then ‘cus I’ll still only be seventeen, eighteen most definitly. Which is only a month after grad, not even, about a half of a month. I’ll be free to do what I will then. No more fights. Which I shall be glad of.

That turned into more than I wanted it to… (Sometimes when I type I can get ahead of myself a bit). Just an explanation that I could seriously kick myself in the butt for not applying. I can’t say I’m not happy, because there is always another route. Which is why I decided to play it my parents way for awhile. I’m determined; I will be a great graphic novelist if not novelist as well and will get there of my own free will, with my own talents and skill.

I’m trying really hard to maintain track of my storylines, without mushing them all together, or forgetting my recent storylines I have started. More recently, my two manga series I have finally begun to feel comofortable with putting writing and drawing together. But I’m still having a hard time cultivating my ideas. I actually got a headache yesterday when I was having what I call and “artists explosion.” Using my friends as characters in this new storyline. Such as; my boyfriend, my big sister, and my little sister. I’ve never really had ambition to finish anything I’ve started with my friends being the center of the story. I’ve always made up my own characters. Always opposite characters to the people I surround myself with. Why is this?

Somehow it seems so much easier to just make things up than to write about real life. Which is my next delima… I’m having trouble writing my autobiography. As I was saying though, maybe I should just put all of my writing on hold for awhile til everything settles down. If I’m quite lucky though, I might just not have to go to school Monday, and Tuesday, thus christmas break begins. So then I’ll have a chance to catch up on what I have going on in my right brain.
